Cannot renew domain

    Hi,

    My the domain for my blog chrisauld.com expired on September 5. I contacted the host, bluehost.com, and after repeated exchanges they told me they couldn’t help me and pointed me to Wild West domains, apparently the registrar. Wild West domains says that they can’t help me as apparently I registered the domain through WordPress. When I try to renew the domain through WordPress, I get the error “Domain not pointing to wordpress.com.”

    I have no idea how to resolve this very frustrating problem. Can someone please help me renew the domain and restore the content on my blog?

    Hi Chris,
    Were you able to get this resolved? I was able to view your site and I see the registration details say the domain’s new expiration date is September 5, 2016.
