Cannot renew Domain

  My domain: life-simplified.net has expired 52 days ago. So I am in the redemption status :-)
  I wanted to renew, but after I wanted to pay with VISA, it says that there was a problem with the renewal.
  (German: “Beim Erneuern der Domain ist ein Problem aufgetreten.”)
  It doesn’t say what kind of problem.
  I spend hours in the support forums but could find what to do.
  Please help!
