Cannot Renew Domain

  I cannot renew my domain. When I click the ‘Renew Now’ link it tries to get me to upgrade. It is an endless loop that will not allow me to get near the domain renewal page?

  Yes, that is the page I am trying to renew from. From that page the only option is some screen that says “looking to upgrade?” I don’t want to upgrade I want to renew the domain for one more year. When I click onto the “Domains” tab there is a RENEW IT NOW red bar for the domain and when I click on that I loop back to “Looking to upgrade”.
