Cannot renew domain

  I am trying to renew my domain ‘********’. There is a message ‘This purchase has expired and is no longer in use’ and I click on ‘ Renew Now’, however the next page that it redirects to has lots of boxes on the screen, but they are all blank. There are no buttons to click and the page cannot advance. What should I do

  I’m seeing that domain with a 2018 expiration date. Were you able to sort this out?
