Cannot renew domain

Hi, I got an email notice that JPCLIBERIA.ORG is expiring next month. I want to renew. However, when I login, I don’t see that domain in my account. How do I renew?

That’s most likely because you are not logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade.
We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

@Timethief is correct – JPCLIBERIA.ORG is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you you are contacting us from. Do you remember creating/having a different account? If so, I’d try logging in and seeing if your domain is under that account.

Hi, I can see it under my account now (did you put it under my account for me?)!
But I am confused. When I go to domain settings, it shows it as
“Renews on: January 18, 2018”But the email I got says:
“This email is to notify you that the following product(s) is set to expire on the date(s) listed:JPCLIBERIA.ORG – Feb. 17, 2017″
So do I need to renew it?

The domain, jpcliberia.org did auto renew. However, it is not connected to the account that you are posting with here in the forums.
