Cannot renew domain

  I got an email saying the domain is going to expire, when I click the link it says: This renewal is invalid. Please verify that you are logged into the correct account for the product you want to renew.

  When I click upgrade in the site backend it shows no domains.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear about the issue you faced. I checked by logging into your account, and I was able to add the domain renewal to the checkout page. Could you try clicking here and entering your payment information to see if the renewal goes through now?

  When I click that page I see a wordpress W for a second then just a blank white page. I see the same behavior if I click on plans through the backend.

  I see. Could you try using a different browser temporarily or log in using Chrome’s incognito mode? If the page isn’t loading (shows a white screen), it usually means there’s a local browser issue preventing the pages from loading, especially since I’m able to view it on your account.

  You can also try clearing your browser cache, but I suggest using a different browser and using Incognito to check first.
