Cannot Renew Domain

    Hello, I am trying to renew a domain (businessbarnstable.com) that lapsed. When I click on ‘renew’ I get a blank screen. There is also a message on my dashboard that we have a chargeback fine on the account that needs to be paid, but when I click on the checkout link nothing displays. I would like to pay for the annual subscription and any applicable fees but am unable to do so – please advise on next steps.
