Cannot renew domain mapping

I need to upgrade my domain name mapping which expired last month. I do not see a renew button. Please advise.

After a while the renew domain mapping option goes away and you just buy the upgrade again if the gap has been long enough – Also make sure your domain name is renewed

It actually looks like you need to renew your domain name registration that expired 37 days ago – as well as your domain mapping – you will probably need staff help – I have flagged this for their attention

Hi @mogihair, the domain registration upgrade was purchased by another admin on the blog. So they are the owner of the domain registration and they are the person who can renew it. I sent them (to the email indicated on their account) the recovery options for the domain. I recommend that you get in touch with that admin and work with them to renew the domain, or you could ask them to transfer the upgrades to you (they can do it by email, as well). If they transfer the domain registration upgrade to you, I’ll send you the relevant domain recovery options and you can decide to renew it.

Hmm, I see 3 admin accounts for this blog. I tried logging in under each but do not get a renew or purchase option for domain mapping.
I get the e-mail updates for the forum post updates, but haven’t seen any of the direct e-mail you’ve sent. Can you let me know which account you see as the main admin?

“hairmogi” is the user who owns the upgrades. The domain redemption options were sent to the email address on their account.

Thank you for the information. Looks like I’ve lost access to the hotmail e-mail account associated with the hairmogi admin.
I see there is an option to remove that admin from the control panel.
If I remove hairmogi, will the renew button show up in one of of the remaining admin accounts?Thank you

I think they have accepted things like the API key (you were sent it in an email with a note to print it out and keep it safe) or transaction ID’s – in the past for SOME things – but the email is the magic handshake here

You mentioned that you had access to all the other admin information. Could you please log in as “hairmogi” and confirm that you want the upgrades transfered to “mogihair”, and I’ll transfer them over for you? Another option is to update the email address on the “hairmogi” account, then I’ll be happy to resend the domain recovery options to the new address.
