Cannot Renew Domain Mapping

  Hi,

  I am trying to renew my domain mapping for estatestore.org and it keeps saying: ‘This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.’ The ‘subscription owner’ no longer works for our organization and we do not have access to their information. Our domain is due to expire in five days. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
