Cannot renew domain mapping :(

  Please help, we need to renew it but it is not possible. Thanks.

  Hello – Your domain will need to be renewed in November through 1&1. Just a reminder :)

  In order to renew your domain mapping here at WordPress.com you need to be logged into the original account that made the purchase. You will renew from your Manage Purchases page. https://wordpress.com/purchases

  Thanks for quick answer :)
  We know it. The BIG problem is the admin that made the purchase is out of team months ago but his admin account is still up in our users list. When we try to delete it from other admin account, WP show an error. And we don’t know what to do for fix it. :(

  This is the guide to help you transfer the domain to another user. You will need the domain owner to transfer it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  staff-zinnia is right – we’ll either need the original owner to transfer the upgrade over to you or have them contact us and give us consent to move it over for them.

  Hi staff-doublebassd,

  The previous owner let the project seven months ago, we are not able to contact with him for fix this problem. The domain belongs to us (1&1), this is OK, but the mapping was made for this ex-admin :(

  Hey there,

  I can contact the e-mail on file and see if the previous owner is okay with me transferring the mapping upgrade over to you – or for them to just have me cancel it from their account so that you guys can purchase it under your account. I think the key is that you do own the domain registration.

  Hey there,

  Since the mapping is expired under their account and you all own the domain registration, I have transferred the domain to under your account. You should be able to go here to renew the subscription. Let me know if you have any questions.
