Cannot Renew Domain Mapping

    WordPress is continuously asking me to Upgrade. Upgrade is unacceptable, We are entitled to use free hosting from WordPress

    The ability to use a custom domain with mapping on your WordPressdotcom site has always been a paid upgrade.

    I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance assuming that you need to renew a current upgrade that may have expired?

    Absolutely Not.

    Your information is incorrect.

    I personally set this system up last year there was absolutely no linkage of domain mapping to a paid wordpress service.

    I repeat Domain Mapping was not a paid service.

    Our experience can easily be auditable via what we paid WordPress.
    We only paid for Domain Mapping absolutely certain of that, there was no paid service or Upgrade.

    Correction: Domain Mapping was paid,
    It was the WordPress Account that was Not Paid. We had a free wordpress account.

    Can you please respond on this?, this statement is completely incorrect, its a statement that is completely untrue. We did not, ever pay any money for a WordPress Web Account. 100% certain

    These were the terms into which we entered into a relationship with WordPress. A Free Web Account With Paid Domain Mapping.

    Domain mapping has indeed always been a paid upgrade. We used to offer it à la carte at $13/year with or without plans. In order to help us cover the cost of free features, domain mapping only comes in plans now.

    Users who already have an existing domain mapping only upgrade can currently renew that on its own, but you would need to be logged into the correct account. Try logging out and logging in again using the email address that gets renewal notifications. Cheers!

    Sorry, this is not correct,and BLATANTLY Untrue

    I HAVE AN EXISTING DOMAIN MAPPING AND YOUR SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW ME.
    When I choose “Renew Domain Mapping”, In the Reminder Mail You sent, Quoting ‘Domain Mapping costs $13.00’ as the charge.

    IT WILL NOT LET ME RENEW MY DOMAIN MAPPING. IT keeps Defaulting to an Upgrade Screen with the following Options
    $2.99 per month, billed yearly
    $8.25 per month, billed yearly

    Again this is not acceptable.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Let us pay our Domain Mapping Charge and be done with this.

    I can not Invest anymore time in this, How do I escalate this Matter If you are unwilling to resolve this.

    If our site goes off line because of this then this will have ramifications for our Social Enterprise.

    There are zero purchases associated with your username, “ballbeggreens1”. As I mentioned before, you must log into the correct account.

    If you will log out, and log in again as “ballybeggreens” without a 1, you will be able to renew the upgrade.
