Cannot renew Domain Mapping

    I’ve renewed the plan for my domain almost 8 months ago, but forgot to renew domain mapping. Now, when I go to try and renew, I can’t see any option for it – all I get is a ‘payment settings’ button. I’ve been through the forums and they said only the account that bought it can renew it, but I still can’t see any option here. I’ve put the site temporarily on a free domain name, but I would like to have it on my old URL back. Would appreciate some help.
