Cannot renew/locate my domain?

Hi, I received an email to re-new my domain (which I thought was set to auto-renew) but now I do not have the availability to do so. Did it expire? Did someone else purchase it? My site is no longer live and I need to locate my domain in order to know why my site is down and how to fix it. My domain is http://www.jessicahitchcock.org

You. are. an. angel! I received your email and have taken the necessary steps to get it up and running again. Truly, I appreciate you so much. I thought I still had it under auto-renew so I didn’t look into it until I noticed it was no longer live. Again, thanks so much for the information and the prompt response.
