Cannot renew my domain name and Admin Account error.

    Hi all,
    We need to renew our domain assignment but is not possible from my admin account. WP says “Another user previously purchased this subscription. Requests the Owner of the subscription renew it “.

    This admin user is out of project, buy account is still alive. We also try to delete this old admin account but the system says “There was an error deleting the user @**********”.

    Any solution?
