Cannot renew my subscription

  I want to renew my subscription but when I attempt to, the price changes to $99.
  I have posted this issue already and was told to clear my cache and try again. I had already tried that but attempted again using 2 browsers to no avail. Does anyone have any other ideas?

  That shouldn’t happen. Could you please try and clear your cache by follow these instructional steps in this guide.

  Do you encounter the same problem when you try to renew the subscription from a different computer?
