Cannot renew only custom design upgrade

Hi,
I am having problems renewing my custom design upgrade. It has added the “wordpress bundle” by default (obviously a marketing drive) which is $99 and I do not want that but I cannot seem to remove it from my cart and only purchase the custom design upgrade (which is $30) because that is all I am asking for.
So how do I delete items in my cart that I didn’t ask for?

Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

Indeed I get this in Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari and Opera.
I have cleaned out the cache in every single one before trying but when ever I click the renew button in the notification it tells me “That item is already in a bundle in your cart and has not been added separately.” And shows the wordpress bundle without allowing me to remove it and add only the custom design upgrade.

Ah I think it has something to do with clicking on the renewal notice you get the at the top, whenever I go to basket directly I get the remove item button but if I go through the alert at the top I don’t get the choice to remove that item from basket and chose my actual upgrade.
