Cannot Renew our Subscription and "Support" is unresponsive

We are trying to complete our annual renewal and it is impossible. We seem to be going round and round but never actually completing the renewal. It feels as though there is something broken with the “store” or we are being nudged towards upgrading to a more expensive subscription. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I notice something on your blog ie. footer credit link removal which is a Term of Service violation.Changing the footer text is not allowed, but it’s possible to add your own text to the footer area using CSS if you have purchased the Custom Design upgrade.

Hi there,
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. The blog’s owner can login in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) and renew upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

Alternatively the blog’s owner can make your username account an Admin of the blog and transfer the blog and upgrades to it http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

Hi Tamerlaine,
It looks like the upgrades are in a different account. Please log into that account and go to the Store > My Upgrades page and renew the upgrades.
As for the CSS, please go to Appearance → Customize → CSS and remove this:
.footerleft,.footerright { height: 0; width: 0; display: none; }As a part of our Terms of Service agreement you must keep the footer in tact.
