Cannot Renew Premium Subscription

  When I submit my WordPress Premium renewal it tells me that I’ve already ordered some of the features and asks if I am sure that I want to upgrade, but there is no place to click “yes”. The only other upgrades I show in my account are a domain mapping, and a registered domain that expired and has been cancelled.

  I would like to renew Premium subscription, but it won’t allow me.

  Hi there,

  I believe the issue here is that the expired domain is bundled with the Premium bundle. Currently, the bundle is attached to the domain theacademyoftalentedscholars.org. Can you confirm that you no longer want this domain? If so, I can unbundle the domain and bundle it with your new domain (taots.org). Then, you should be able to renew the Premium bundle.

  I confirm, we are letting theacademyoftalentedscholars.org go. I have a separately mapped domain, taots.org already registered as an upgrade.

  Hi Rhys,

  I went ahead and bundled the Premium bundle with your new domain. You should now be able to renew the Premium bundle from the following page:

  https://ps682taots.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Just click “Renew Now” next to the Premium bundle.

  From that page, you can also cancel the old domain using the “Cancel” link.

  Please let me know if you have any trouble with the renewal!

  Thanks for helping, but unfortunately that did not work.

  Same message: This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?

  I’ve already cancelled theacademyoftalentedscholars.org (earlier today).

  What else can I try?

  Sorry about that! It looks like we’re having some trouble with certain renewals for the Premium bundle. I’ve created a manual payment request and sent it to the address on file for your email. Can you click the link in that email and make the payment? Let me know when you do that so I can manually renew your upgrades!

  I made the payment. Looking for word from you that it’s gone through. Nothing has changed in the My Upgrades section of the Dashboard.

  …one more thing:
  the primary domain is set to taots.org, but ps682taots.wordpress.com keeps redirecting to the domain we let expire: theacademyoftalentedscholars.org. I’m assuming the upgrade will set things straight, but just wanted to flag that for you while you’re under the hood.

  Howdy Rhys,

  I have updated the new expiration dates on your My Upgrades page here:

  https://ps682taots.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  You should now see 2015 for both the Domain Mapping and the Premium bundle.

  I’ve also completely removed the old domain from your account so you shouldn’t have any problem with the redirect going forward.
