Cannot renew site

  I am trying to renew my domain but when I log into my account it shows that it expired (today) and says that the ‘site cannot be accessed.’ When I first logged in, there was an option to pay a renewal fee but then this option disappeared and I can’t get it back. How can I re-activate my site?
