Cannot renew subscription

Hi, our blogger plan expired on the 3rd of May. I have only just realised this.
However, when I click on the link in the email to renew, it says ‘Sorry, this user does not own the product you are trying to renew’.
This is odd since I went through the process of transferring ownership to myself (with the help of WordPress support) in April 2020, and Support confirmed I have ownership and all active subscriptions were moved under my account.
One other odd thing is that the expiry email was sent to my email address, however it was still addressed to the old owner.

Hi there,
The link in the email won’t work any more, as that plan has since been removed from your site, i.e. while you did own that plan at the time we sent you that email, you don’t own that plan any more. Expired plans are removed completely a week after they expire, at which point you need to buy a new plan instead of renewing an existing one.
However, we no longer offer the Blogger Plan, so you won’t be able to buy that plan again. The cheapest plan we now have is the Personal Plan:
