cannot renew upgrade

    There is no renew button for my site subscription, and I can’t figure out how to ‘transfer domains or map my domain’. I registered ‘kimeezhelpinghands.com’ through wordpress and it expired earlier this year, and I am looking to renew it now. I can still access the dashboard, but my site won’t load, even with kimeezhelpinghands.wordpress.com as the primary site.

    The bad news is that it has been over 200 days since your domain expired and it cannot be renewed after that length of time.

    The good news is that it appears to have gone through the domain expiration process without getting snapped up again by anyone else. Thus, it is available to be registered again.

    Simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter kimeezhelpinghands.com in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.
