Cannot Renew WordPress Business

  Dear all,

  I tried to renew my domain qlkitchen.com with WordPress Business package but failed. We had tried 4 credit cards but none of the credit card able to make the payment.

  Can you assist me on this issue? I already confirmed my credit limit is more than enough to cover the fees (USD 299.00)

  Can I use paypal?

  Hi Jack,

  I just checked your account, and your WordPress.com Business plan and domain were successfully renewed. Your plan is now renewed through May 1, 2016.

  I don’t see any payment errors on our end, so if you continue to have trouble making purchases or renewal payments at WordPress.com you may need to check with your credit card company to see if they are blocking the transactions.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
