Cannot reply to reader comments

Have been happily replying to all moderated reader comments for years on Heart Sisters until last week. Suddenly I’m unable to reply directly below each comment, nor can I ‘like’ a comment with a star. Help!

When I visit a myheartsisters.org post, I am able to see a “reply” link under each reader comment. If I click it, it expands into a reply box. This all seems to be operating normally for me.
Can you share what you see when you view the reader comments? That will help us track down where the issue is coming from.

I see the same thing. As the owner of the site, I haven’t seen the ‘Email/Name/Website boxes – it ‘knew’ it was me so I’d just start replying to the reader’s comment. But when I now click on the Enter Your comments box, nothing happens. When I try to click on the “Like” star, the page flashes once, and then returns to its former state. Cannot “like” any reader comments anymore.
Now I can only reply to comments by going into my dashboard, clicking on Posts, then Reply. I used to be able to comment to all incoming reader comments by staying on the same post.

I was able to both like and comment from your account: https://d.pr/v/njJWos (Then, I removed the comment) so it looks like a local issue. Could you try these steps?:

- Verify if your browser is up to date on this site: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
- Try connecting to another internet network.
