cannot reset password

  Hello, I am writing on behalf of a client. He cannot get into his wordpress.com account and the reset password does not seem to be working.

  This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts he has and exactly which one registered the blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please pass this on to your client.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  awesome, thank you!

  He is a premium member, but he cannot login to receive support. is there a phone number he can call, or another way to get in?

  I am having him fill out the recovery. just want to be prepared if that does not work, or he cannot do so.

  There is no phone support and there is a single means of account recovery.

  Refer to http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ knowing that one means of contact with Staff per issue is what’s recommended. Staff deal with all issues in threads, email tickets and reports in chronological order. Multiple contacts simply moves the date stamps further ahead in time and that means it takes longer to get help.
