  I was given access to editing this website, but when I click ‘Reset Password’, it says an email was sent, but I am not receiving it.

Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
