Cannot reset password

  I know my login information. My username is hoffman365. When I tried to log in, it says my account was locked for security purposes. It said I had to reset my password. That’s fine. But it never sends me anything to my email address. The email associated is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I do not have any of those authentication options so there needs to be another option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, I’m on an old account just so I can post on the forums. There is no possible way to even look up the authentication information within the account even if I wanted to! This entire thing is ridiculous.

  I’ve looked at your website and it is not hosted ont WP.com, but with a 3rd-party host. (You can understand better the difference between them here.)

  So, you can get further help in WP.org forum, or by contacting your hosting provider.
