cannot reset password, dashboard items empty

    After migrating back to a previous hosting company, WordPress does not recognize that I have a contact email, and hence, cannot create a new password. For some reason I did gain access to what appears to be a dashboard for my site but there is no access to past posts, and other items. The hosting company did the database work to restore the site.
    Also, the password reset routine captcha characters are virtually unreadable further complicating matters–there is way to ask for a new set or to get an audio version.

    notallradishesarered.org is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting hosted by iPage

    That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and as it is not on our servers we cannot help you with it.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
