Cannot reset passwords via mail!! HELP

  Hi!
  I have the blog : (email visible only to moderators and staff) – I appearantly forgot the password, but when I get the mail from “Lost password” it’s just an empty space, where the link is supposed to be (I’ve had it resent 5 times and to two different computers with same result) Looks like this in the mail:

  If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.
  To reset your password, visit the following address: (NOTHING)

  I’m totally desperate – and I cannot upgrade my account, so I can get support, because I cannot enter my account. Loose-Loose situation. I really hope someone can help me out :o)
