Cannot restore backup after the plan has expired

Hi!
We would like to restore our site from the latest backup made on 11 April 2024 after our WordPress plan has expired.We have followed the instructions found at: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-your-site-after-the-plan-expires/
However, at step 3, we cannot connect to Jetpack, even after having waited 30 min for background syncing. As a result we cannot access to our latest backup and restore it.
Could you please investigate this issue so that we can restore our site (vivansa.com) very quickly.

Thank you for the details. It looks like the Jetpack connection is working as expected, and backups are accessible. I’ve started a restore, and you’ll receive an email notification once it’s completed. After the restore, your site will be set to private, but you can change it to public again in Settings > General. :)
