Cannot restore missing template [Screenplay theme]

I was having issues with the screenplay theme being buggy, and while trying to remove all customisations in order to fix it accidentally deleted the ‘navigation’ template. Switching the theme and switching back does not restore the template. My blog is new (and I’ve deleted all the content so far in order to try and get the theme to reset to default)

How do I re-download the entire theme as a clean install? I am on the free version of wordpress.com. So I don’t have the option of reuploading the theme package or using an ftp client to push it. I’m stuck with the daft block editor and the free wordpress themes.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To clarify, I have found that a navigation template does appear to have restored. HOWEVER every single navigation block insists on containing the same text. If I edit one, they all change to match. This is despite the fact that the default theme had two different links in the original blcoks (which i cannot seem to restore) and the support notes say should be possible.

How do I restore the entire original theme to do so? It appears to have corrupted so that I cannot make multiple independent navigation blocks
