Cannot Retrieve Password – Message delivered is ‘host may have disabled email for this service

I need to retrieve my password and have done so many times using gmail suites. This is the first time I have been blocked from creating a new password (have done many times). I probably have 10,000 SPAM comments on my blog need deleting plus I need access for general admin. If anyone can help it will be most appreciated.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider to get help with your issue.
