Cannot return to live chat support

  I was earlier asking something on live chat and they told me I could return to them later because they would guide me through something. Now I cannot see anyway to do that. Aaargh! Can anyone help?

  You will need to type your question into the big white box, then click the blue box “chat with us” down to the right of the white box.

  when i try this there is just a submit support ticket, no live chat. can anyone help??
