cannot save changes to account settings

1. I had an email saying my site was down when it definitely was not.
2. When I try to change my email address in Account Settings and try to save it, it says There was a problem saving your changes, not what the problem was or how to resolve itThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. No I’m not. I did this through Jetpack’s Monitor feature which would not let me save my email changes so I clicked on its Help link, which took me to https://en.support.wordpress.com/, from where I clicked on Get Help
