cannot scroll up and down after exiting carousel

  I just noticed that after closing the carousel it is not possible anymore to scroll up or down. I must refresh the page to be able to scroll again.
  This happens in both mozilla firefox and google chrome.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
