Cannot see an image in the image editor

  Hello,

  I have a problem with editing image that I upload to the media library.

  When I want to resize or crop an image from the media library I see a broken image icon instead of an actual image. As the result I cannot crop or scale image. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

  P.S. I tried to disable plugins but it didn’t help.

  Then you are not referring to a wordpress.COM blog but to a wordpress.ORG install that we don not provide support for.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
