cannot see comment on my blog

  i received email notification of a friend leaving a comment on my blog, but the comment is nowhere to be seen, it’s not in my trash list or in my waiting approval or approved list.
  why??

  Could you please copy and paste the text in the email notification so I can look into the issue for you? Also, was your friend a WordPress.com user? If so, what is his/her user name? Thanks much.
