Cannot see dashboard, pages, plugins and updates won’t work

  Hi
  I cannot make any changes to my site at all. It shows update, but nothing updates. I cannot get into plugins, or anything else on the dashboard at all. I have cleared my Cache, but this hasn’t helped

  Sorry, this was in relation to my website rosebusinesssupport.co.uk.

  I don’t believe I’ve made any changes at all, and the website has been running for a number of years now.

  I cannot access anything on the WP dashboard at all.

  Hi there

  It is hosted by Fasthosts and I have spoken to them to see if there have been any changes, but they say all is ok.

  I can log into the WP dashboard and I see all the options down the left hand side, however, if I click on any option, including update, nothing at all happens……as though I haven’t clicked the option.

  Hello there,

  Ok it sounds like the theme in use could perhaps need an update? (It sounds symptomatic of that at least.)

  Can you confirm if there’s an update due for this theme?

  There are updates listed, but when you click update, nothing happens at all

  Hello there,

  If there’s one for the theme, you may need to activate a new theme, delete the old theme and install an updated version of the theme that’s intended for use.

  A manual update might be required here.

  I cannot update anything as I don’t have the option. The dashboard doesn’t work at all

  They would be able to check that would be the case and get everything to as it should be.
