cannot see ‘edit’ option

  I am logged in to my account. It’s the correct WordPress (com). I cannot see ‘edit post’ option anywhere on my posts.

  I can get to my posts via wp-admin.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
