Cannot see logo in IE8, but it's okay in Firefox

I just loaded a new logo file and it doesn’t load in IE8. Searched the forums and support to no avail.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is because the logo is in CMYK color space. sRGB is the web standard and although all browsers except for IE will render CMYK images they really shouldn’t be used on the web.
You need to re-save and upload the image again in sRGB (not Adobe RGB).

Hi. Are you talking about this image?

Same here. I can view it on Firefox 8 but not in Internet Explorer 8.I did notice one thing though: given the dimensions, that file is very heavy (over 500 KB). Try editing it with a graphics software, only this time, reduce the resolution if you haven’t already done so. You only need 72 DPI for Web use.

Graphic designer reports that it was saved in sRGB and 72dpi. I’ve asked for it to be re-saved and sent to me. Will try again.

Anyway, it now works with the original file that I uploaded. [scratches head]. Not sure if it’s because there is a a long delay between the time I click “save changes” when editing the image upload settings and when it reaches the servers on WP.com to refresh my site, or perhaps my F5 button in IE8 doesn’t really refresh.
Thanks for your assistance.
