cannot see my site upgraded?

    Hi, i purchased a premium account but it does not look like the account has been upgraded – can you look into this and if so could i cancel this?

    Hi hire2style,

    I’ve checked your account and there are no upgrades, which suggests you may have another account. What is the address of the site you paid to upgrade? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.

    Please also try logging out of hire2style, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. The plan should be listed on the Manage Purchases page once you are logged into the correct account.

    Come back to me if you have any trouble.
