Cannot see options for Domain Management

  Hello,

  I’m trying to update my payment info for a mapped domain, and also to transfer these payment to another admin of the blog. Yet when I go to Domain Management, I can only see the settings for Email & Edit DNS. I don’t see Domain Contact, Transfer Domain etc. Any advice on how I can update the payment info in this case?..
