Cannot see purchase

    Due to circumstances beyond my control, I stopped using my web site. It automatically renewed a day or two ago and I want to cancel and get a refund. However, when I look in my profile, it says that I have no purchases and no payment methods. Yet my bank account is showing that I was charged $115.00. How do I cancel and get a refund? Thank you.

    I’ll be happy to assist you with this. However, I don’t see any payments made from the @juliedbvisme account. This means your subscriptions are on a different WordPress.com account. Could you please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and enter the charge details on the form? You’ll be able to send the charge details to our billing team, who will help you via email.
