You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated, aceitunasmuniente.com, is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about that here:
Since your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here:

Sorry, as far as I know aceitunasmuniente.com is not running on any free WordPress.org software. I actually just purchased the domain from you as an upgrade from a previous blog. aceitunasmuniente.es is, indeed, working with a WordPress.org template but I don’t need help with the latter. The only thing I need is aceitunasmuniente.com to point to aceitunasmuniente.es. Can you help me please?

Domain Registration and hosting are distinct:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/all-about-domains/
Your domain, aceitunasmuniente.com, is registered with WordPress.com, but the site associated with it is not hosted by WordPress.com.
You can verify this here:
http://who.is/whois/aceitunasmuniente.com
If you want aceitunasmuniente.com to direct traffic to the site you have hosted at aceitunasmuniente.es, change aceitunasmuniente.com’s name servers back to WordPress.com:
https://aceitunasmuniente.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
Then, add a Site Redirect for aceitunasmuniente.es:
https://aceitunasmuniente.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php
Finally, make sure that aceitunasmuniente.es is set as aceitunasmuniente.wordpress.com’s Primary Domain:
https://aceitunasmuniente.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
Let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks very much for clearing this for me. I thought there were no costs associated with Site Redirecting. Maybe I was given the wrong information… I appreciate your quick response anyway. A.
