Cannot see testimonials on my website

    Even if I upload my testimonials, it cannot be seen anywhere on my website and I would like to make it visible. Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,

    If you want the testimonials visible on the front page, create a new page, title it Testimonials, and under Page Attributes, give it the Testimonials template. Publish without adding anything else.

    Next, go to My Site ->Customize ->Theme Options. Select a panel, and select the new Testimonials page you just published. Then click the Update/Publish button at the top of the Customizer.

    You can also add that page directly to your site menu if you prefer.

    Also note that your Business Plan gives you access to live chat support via the help icon that appears bottom-right on all My Site pages, and also via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    You do not have to post in the public forums for free users to get help with your site.
