Cannot see the page I just published

    Hello, I was assigned to handle the website for for my chapter. I recently published the page( Announcing Duet Scholarship). My members do not see it from their end and I cannot see it when I view the chapters page. I would like it to be under Members as a parent page.
    Also I would like the News page be renewable from the top, somehow it only lets you to add things at the bottom. How do I fix that?
