Cannot seem to cancel Premium subscription

    I already have a domain simplyblessed.com that I upgraded to Premium so I no longer need the Premium package for najet2014.wordpress.com. I havve tried to cancel the subscription online, and I am told that an E-mail has been sent to me Gmail account with a link to confirm the cancellation, but I am not receiving any such E-mail. I have tried this several times, but I still am not receiving any E-mails from WordPress. I have also chacked my Spam folder and there is nothing there.
