Cannot send emails to my users

    Hi,

    Please I need your assistance. All the emails suddently stopped sending to the users, when they subscribe to the newsletter, and when they order any product from my shop.

    I tried different tutorials, but nothing worked.
    I use the extensions WooCommerce for the shop and MailPoet for the newsletter.
    Hosting is on OVH. The database is not full.
    I tried to use the Extension Check&Log Email, activated SMTP plugin and logging and then tried to send an email as a test. I was sent successfuly but nothing was recieved (I checked the junk box).
    Could you please help me with this?

    It sounds like you need help with the MailPoet plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
