Cannot send messages via email to Outlook

  I am testing my sites and cannot send messages to my Outlook account but I can send them to my Yahoo and Gmail email accounts. They seem to be sent – I have checked via a plug-in but they are not received.

  Are you speaking of https://thekesco.website/? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
