Cannot send tracking information to customer using PayPal payments pro api

Hi,
We use Paypal Payments pro and website payments pro api to process our Woocommerce transactions. We also use the Paypal interface to pay for shipping and print labels. When we process payments through paypal standard, we are able to send the tracking information to the buyer via paypal shipping options. But, if the order is placed with the credit card not using PayPal option, we cannot send a notification.
What is the best way to do this having payments pro if paypal doesn’t give us this capability?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot run woocommerce on any site that’s hosted by wordpress.COM. You can only run it on a wordpress.ORG install on paid hosting.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
