Cannot separate a free site from paid for site

I have a paid for personal plan oneanneandherdog.blog. Somehow I have managed to create an additional free plan oneanneandherdog.home.blog. Somehow they have become inextricably linked and, although I can see all my posts on my paid for site, whenever I go onto the admin/create side, it defects to the free site so I cannot access the online help service that goes with the paid for service and I cannot add to my blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @oneanneandherdog, your upgrade and custom domain are indeed linked to a free site. They are added to it. Should you ever decide to downgrade, your content would remain under the free address.

Thank you. The problem is though that I can’t separate the two and can’t access the first site at all. I just don’t know what to do!

I think each site is under a different account. Try logging out of this account and logging back in with the username oneanneandherdog126812637 and whatever password and you might reach that other site.
